Murphy and the Town disagree on a lot of topics. Chief among them is the Town’s
“Biddle Farm Project”—a development project designed to increase availability of low-income housing in the area. (Id. at 3–4.) The footnote is the comment below:
To complete the project, the Town hired Defendant Fielden Corp, a construction contractor owned by Defendant Joe Fielden. (Id. at 5–10.)
The judge in this case admits that Biddle Farms is subsidized housing and that the Town of Farragut hired Mr. Fielden to build it.
