What Has Been Really Going on in Farragut Part 7 #2--Local Attorney Sandy Sharp Threatens to Bust My Ass

This is an unedited voicemail from local attorney Sandy Sharp. He is representing the Brixworth HOA in court.

The emails he is referring to are from me to Brixworth HOA president Kirk Swor asking for information I have a right to see by law. These include: copies of board minutes, any actions taken against other homeowners, and the like. I have been asking for who the board members are for months and Kirk refuses to provide this. They have to furnish this, regardless of the active lawsuit.

Given what is going on, the only reasonable conclusion is the Brixworth HOA has been and is continuing to violate the law. In fairness to the HOA, Kirk has responded with a link to Google to get some unknown documents. I asked for the original minutes so I can validate when they were created. Remember, Farragut altered documents in the big federal case? Remember that Brixworth failed to keep their corporation active. A homeowner in an HOA has a right to confirm that the board is following its legally required duties.

Any homeowner in an HOA has a legal right to see these documents. I have been asking for them for almost a year.

Sandy Sharp wants to go to get a restraining order so I cannot communicate with the HOA board. He has no valid reason to push for this.

This is more of the constant abuse from the bad actors.
